  • Get your Buyer’s number, after making a payment, via WhatsApp or Call us.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Starspy (Pty) Ltd T/A Bloubul Veilings (herein after referred to as the Auctioneer / Company / We)  may request additional documentation from the purchaser / owner / duly authorised person for manual verification.

  • Identity verification will be conducted on all eRegistrations through our online platform via One Time Pin (OTP).

  • The company shall not be held liable for any payments made into an account other than the one specified on the bank confirmation letter sent from our office number (066 235 0093) via WhatsApp.

  • The company reserves the right to modify, without prior notification, the online purchaser’s registration process and conduct verification/s of registration/s received through our online platform.

  • We reserve the right to request additional documentation for identity verification purposes.
