You may only request a deposit refund if you paid via EFT or Debit/Credit Card and the amount reflects in our bank account.
Your refund will only be processed after internal processing is cleared and finance received verification that you did not purchase anything on our auction.
Should you have bought on our auction and your amount due was less than the deposit you have paid, you can still request a refund for change via this channel.
All deposit refunds are processed within 72-business hours from the date of the auction (approximately 3-business days)

We may request a bank confirmation letter (in the same name as the registered purchaser) for verification purposes.
A delay in providing any requested documents as mentioned above may result is a delay in the processing of your refund.
