Online Deposit Refunds

General Information

  • You may only request a deposit refund if you paid via EFT or Debit/Credit Card and the amount reflects in our bank account.

  • Your refund will only be processed after internal processing is cleared and finance received verification that you did not purchase anything on our auction.

  • Should you have bought on our auction and your amount due was less than the deposit you have paid, you can still request a refund for change via this channel.

  • All deposit refunds are processed within 72-business hours from the date of the auction (approximately 3-business days)

  • We may request a bank confirmation letter (in the same name as the registered purchaser) for verification purposes.

  • A delay in providing any requested documents as mentioned above may result is a delay in the processing of your refund.

  • The company, Starspy (Pty) Ltd T/A Bloubul Veilings does not take any responsibility for incorrect banking details provided by you, the purchaser, and all our rights remain reserved.

  • All refunds are subject to standard terms & conditions.
