Bloubul Deposit Refunds

General Information

  • You may only request a deposit refund if you paid via EFT or Debit/Credit Card.

  • Your refund will only be processed after internal processing is cleared and finance received verification that you did not purchase anything on our auction.

  • Should you have bought on our auction and your amount due was less that the deposit you have paid, you can still request a refund for change via this channel.

  • All deposit refunds are processed within 72-business hours from the date of the auction (approximately 3 working days)

  • We may request a bank confirmation letter (in the same name as the registered buyer) for verification purposes.

  • All refunds are subject to terms & conditions.
